This is the second time I’ve engaged this firm. They are prompt, responsive, & professional. I had a small backup in my shower. I thought that they would open the clean out and snake the line. However Ryan, the mechanic that they sent to my house suggested that he put a camera in the line first as it might not have to be snaked. He found no obstructions, and suggested that perhaps the city had been doing some work down the line that might have caused the backup. I was happy to pay for the camera inspection which is less cos then cleaning the drain. This is my second positive experience with Zoom Drain, and I highly recommend them.

Mariano of Zoom Drain and his assisting tech were wonderful. They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They explained to us how they would diagnose and fix our problem, and made sure our facilities were completely put back without us having to clean up. Happily recommend them!

If there was a higher than 5 star review, they would receive it. They did an outstanding job on a very difficult problem. They come with a fully equipped, spotless truck. They have the latest equiptment on the truck. They located the problem and went right to work. The crew was excellent and when done left area spotless. Sam ( the owner and all the crew were outstanding.) I reached out to Zoom Drain to have a drain unclogged and they came out the very next day. On time, efficient and straight to the point. All of our drains are now fully functional thanks their expertise in the matte. Also, they were very clear in explaining how to prevent this from happening in the future.
